Brown Button Trading is a retail store only and does not provide the ability to purchase product wholesale.
Please do not requests details of my suppliers as refusal may offend.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% goods and services tax.
Please note we only ship within Australia.
Methods of Payment
Brown Button Trading uses paypal to receive payment for purchases.
You do not need to have a paypal account to make a purchase.
When you are directed to the paypal site, simply click on 'continue' under the mastercard and Visa icons to enter your credit card details.
Paypal accepts Mastercard and Visa.
You may also arrange direct transfer of funds if you have an existing paypal account or choose to set up a paypal account via www.paypal.com Payment is made instantly via paypal, meaning you receive your purchases quickly, without having to wait for funds to clear.
Payment made via e-cheque however does take a number of days to process and this must be taken into account when making a purchase.
As soon as your funds have cleared in the Brown Button Trading paypal account your purchases will be sent.
Paypal encrypts all sensitive information sent between your computer and their servers. When information is sent it is protected by SSL with encryption key length of 128 bits (being the highest level commercially available).

Direct Transfer of Funds
You may also make payment via direct transfer of funds to Brown Button Trading's National Australia Bank Account.
Please note that the clearing of funds once transferred may take a couple of business days, depending on which bank you have transferred the funds from. Please bear this in mind when anticipating the arrival of your purchase as goods will not be sent until payment has been received and cleared.
Returns and Refunds
Brown Button Trading abides by all Australian trading laws.
Refunds or returns require proof of purchase.
Whilst legislation state no refund, credit or exchange need be given where the customer simply changes their mind, does not want the product any more, or just doesn't like it, your shopping experience at Brown Button Trading needs to be a happy and satisfying one. Therefore, whilst every effort has been made to best represent a product via the images and descriptions provided, if you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it for either a refund or exchange, please do so within 21 days of purchase.
The returned product must be in its original condition and packaging.
A credit or refund will not be provided for the postage costs associated with a product that is returned as a result of change of mind.
Brown Button Trading reserves the right to refuse exchange and refund where it is evident that the product has been used and the original packaging has been damaged.
A refund or exchange is available where a fault is detected with the product and it is returned within 7 days of receipt of the product. In this instance, if a refund or exchange is requested all postage charges will be refunded or covered by Brown Button Trading.
Please notify me at your earliest convenience if you plan to return or exchange product purchased. **Please note we will require evidence of damage by way of photo of product before refund or exchange is arranged**
Personal details provided to Brown Button Trading in relation to your purchase will not be used or given to any third party for any purpose other than to ensure the safe arrival of purchased goods to you.
